Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

If the customer, for any reason, is not happy with any of our products, it should be returned unused to our address and we will refund the full price plus postage.

No refunds will be given if any of the product in question has been partly used.

If the customer, for any reason, wishes to cancel his order, he should contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not been despatched, a credit will be immediately given. If the product has been despatched, on its return to our office, a credit will be given.

The information given in the website of Viresco (UK) Ltd is given in good faith and the directors believe that the benefits that are discussed can be achieved if the customer uses the products as instructed. Viresco (UK) will take no responsibility for results that arise from malpractice by the customer.

Viresco (UK) Ltd send out orders to customers as soon as possible. In most cases, this will be within 24 hours of receiving the order.
